metal geek
One of my students, Anastasiya, has started her own blog. (And I have to admit she did a much better job introducing herself than I did.) I'm glad to see my minor obsession is spreading to my students.

student work
Most of my time lately is consumed with teaching at Towson University, so I wanted to share the work of two of my students, just in time for the student show.
Towson University Student Art Exhibition - opening Thursday, November 16 - 7:30PM.
Includes (top) one of a set of three lovely copper vessels by Yu Jin Jung and (bottom) this ring (and an excellent display) by Adrienne Wiegmann.

black & white inspiration
I'm loving graphic black and white floral prints right now- such as these (top) from Rooms in Bloom and (bottom) a new print from Marimekko, available via textile arts.

welcome!
After my frustrations with yahoo 360, I've decided to move my blog to blogger. Here you'll find images of my work and images that inspire me, as well as updates about shows where you can see and buy my work. To view previous blog posts, click here. And you can always see more of my work at my website. (Unfortunately, my website doesn't have my newest work, but hopefully by the new year it will be fully updated. My current teaching job at Towson University keeps me a little busy.)
